Owners Comments
"We have been at the property for close to 30 years. It has been a wonderful place to bring up a family, shops and schools are close by and town is not too far. Also very handy for trips to Brighton with the A27 close by. We are looking at moving away from the area if not we would stay here indefinitely. The property is in good order structurally (as far as we are aware) but could benefit from modernising and redecorating throughout which we have taken into account in pricing the property. I hope the next owners are here as long as we were."
