"I purchased the property just over 10 years ago with a friend, it was perfect for us as we both got a double bedroom and had good living accommodation. When my friend moved out i jumped at the chance to buy her out rather than selling the property. Being so close to the town, seafront and shops was very convenient. Buses and the train station are a short walk if i ever wanted to visit Brighton and not drive. I will be sad to leave the property but hope whoever buys it will love it as much as i do .
