I was born in Worthing and still live here with my family and have worked in the property industry for over 20 years. Having run flag ship offices of independent estate agents and a group of offices for the largest estate agency in the UK I decided in 2014 I would take the best from both worlds and start my own estate agency.
I personally oversee every sale and let going though and I am passionate about the customer experience myself and the team offer. I also believe in charging a fair fee without any hidden costs.
I am a fully qualified mortgage adviser (although no longer advise professionally) which helps when qualifying a buyer on a property or pointing buyers in the right direction if they are experiencing problems.

I pride myself on the research I do on my clients behalf and making sure that the mortgage and protection that is taken out is correct first time meaning they can be safe in the knowledge of a purchase or re-mortgage.
The best advice I can give anybody looking to move is speak with an independent mortgage adviser before putting your house on the market or go out viewing so you have a good idea of budget.
